Research Title

  • Estimation of the fatigue strength on the structural materials, The clarification of fatigue mechanism for various metals is made through the analisis of experimantal results. The statistical analisis of fatigue data is performed for estimation of fatigue strength and fatigue life.
  • Microstructure and strength of nano-grained copper, Formation of ultrafine grains by ECAP process is studied. Fatigue tests of ultrafine grained metals are performed to clarify the fatigue mechanism. Relation between the microstructure and fatigue strength is investigated
